Yesterday, Hon. Emmanuel Chinedu Ndubuisi (Ijiriji Bende), member representing Bende South State Constituency, proudly attended the convocation ceremony of his first son, Marvelous Chibueze Emmanuel, who graduated with a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Afe Babalola University.
