Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo on Thursday, signed six groundbreaking bills into law to boost critical sectors in the state.
The newly enacted laws are expected to drive investment, improve power supply, strengthen security, and promote traditional medicine in the state.
They are as follows:
1. Anambra State Development and Investment Corporation Law, 2025
2. Anambra State Electricity Law, 2025
3. Anambra State Homeland Security (Amendment) Law, 2025
4. Anambra State Herbal Practice Law, 2024
5. Anambra State Indigenous Traditional Medicine Practices Law, 2025
6. Anambra State Mission Schools of Nursing and Midwifery (Amendment No. 2) Law, 2025.
